HOLLY JOHNSON, MS, BCBA, LABA
Holly received her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis & Autism from Sage Graduate School in Troy, NY in May 2013. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in February 2014, and became a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in North Dakota in January 2015. She is the Clinical Supervisor for Poppy’s Promise, and provides supervision for RBTs. Her experience in working with children with autism spectrum disorders started in 2006 as an undergraduate student at a daycare, and since then has included working in public school systems, family homes, group homes, residential treatment facilities, vocational settings, day programs and community settings across two-thirds of North Dakota. Holly lives in Minot with her young son, husband, and black lab, enjoys photography, dirt track racing, staying busy with family and friends, and thrives on coffee.
KAYLA WATSON, RBT - ABA THERAPIST
Kayla received her Bachelor’s of Science in Behavioral Science at Dakota Wesleyan University in 2012. She has 5 years of experience working with children with disabilities. Kayla’s previous experience includes work in the school system and for other community service providers. She became a Registered Behavior Technician in June 2017.
Kayla lives in Bismarck and enjoys trying to keep up with her active toddler, sports, being outdoors, and spending time with family.
KAYLIN DEIS, RBT - ABA THERAPIST
Kaylin received her Bachelor's of Science in Human Development and Family Science from North Dakota State University in 2014. She has 5 years of experience working with children with disabilities at multiple community providers. Her professional interests currently include sensory processing, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral and self-regulation. Kaylin became a Registered Behavior Technician in June of 2017.
Kaylin is from Bismarck and in her spare time she enjoys hunting, biking, playing sports and wood working.
